Xuanhua Li is a professor in Northwestern Polytechnical University. He received his B.S. degree in Materials Science and Engineering at Wuhan University of Technology in 2003.07, and his M.S. degree in Chemistry at University of Science and Technology of China in 2007.07. After that, He started his doctoral studies under the direction of Prof. Wallace Choy and received a Ph.D. degree in Electronic Engineering in 2014.04 at University of Hong Kong. After a short research as a research assistant in the Institute of Intelligent Machines (Hefei), CAS, he began his career at the Center of Nano Energy Materials, Northwestern Polytechnical University (2014.07-present) as a professor.
His research is focused on synthesis, characterization, and energy/environmental application of 2D semiconductor nanomaterials. He is also interested in plasmonic-enhanced organic solar cells and sensors.
