IEdiSA´s, SA, laboratories has developed a Top Coat prototype with graphene.
This prototype, is a skeleton to which many components should be added to define different lines of works. Nautical, Aeolic, aeronautical, etc. The important aspects obtained in the skeleton base of the prototype are:
Hardness Improvement
Abrasion resistance Improvement
Improvement in the Resistance of chemical agents
Flexion Improvement
Anticorrosion Improvement
Permanence Improvement
Very thin application layer 0,50 microns, 500 nanometer
Improvement in the superficial layer (Minor friction)
However we are still trying the product, the tests prototypes for different sectors are in process of development, waiting that at the end of March we will start the tries as well as testing in external laboratories. Working to obtain a suitable product to commercialize at the end of May, beginning of June of this year.
