Graphene has attracted an intensive attention from many application fields according to its physical properties, such as superior electric conductivity may use for information transmission, flexible electronics, antennas etc. On the other hand, the graphene also possesses excellent thermal conductivity, which may exploited for thermal dissipations proposes for next generation powder devices, such as smart phone, IGBT, LED, rechargeable battery etc. Recent research on fabricating graphene thermal conductive materials have received excellent results, and significantly proved that graphene is a very promising thermal dissipation material. However, most of the research studies only remain in the sample stage. Therefore, In order to further promote the actual breakthrough of graphene in application fields, we discovered an manufacturing potential method for scalable production graphene based thermal conductive material, and the produced product has successfully applied in power devices such as mobile phones and display electronics.
