Biography
Liu Jianying, Academician of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences and IEEE Fellow, Chair Professor at Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden, Distinguished Professor at Shanghai University, and Director of the China-Sweden Center for Microsystem Integration Technology. He has long been engaged in research on microelectronics packaging and interconnects, electronic heat dissipation and thermal management, and graphene-based thermally conductive materials. He has achieved multiple breakthrough results in the field of graphene film heat dissipation and has developed a series of graphene-based thermally conductive films and sheets with high in-plane thermal conductivity and good flexibility, which have already been commercialized. His team's research found that the thermal conductivity of graphene-assembled films can exceed that of conventional graphite films, opening up a new path for large-scale application of graphene-based film heat dissipation. Academician Liu Jianying has actively promoted China-Sweden scientific and technological cooperation and has significant influence in the industrialization of graphene thermal conductive materials.
