Wang Guorong, born in November 1971, a native of Shanghai, holds a postgraduate degree and is a Professor-level Senior Accountant and a Standing Director of the China Association of Chief Financial Officers. He graduated from Shanghai Institute of Mechanical Engineering (now University of Shanghai for Science and Technology) with a bachelor's degree in economics, and later obtained an MBA from the Open University of Hong Kong. He previously served as Deputy Director of the Finance Department of Shanghai Huahong-NEC Electronics Co., Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer of Shanghai Belling Co., Ltd. After joining Chint, he has held successive positions at Zhejiang Chint Electrics Co., Ltd., including Assistant to the President, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary of the Board of Directors, and President. He is currently a Director and Vice President of Zhejiang Chint Electrics Co., Ltd. (appointed in January 2026 for a three-year term) and a core member of the management team of Chint Group. From December 2017 to January 2021, he served as an external supervisor of Supcon Technology. Since 2021, he has served as the legal representative and director of Shanghai Tairui Lithium Technology Co., Ltd. and the legal representative and executive director of Wenzhou Taiyu New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. Since July 2023, he has served as Chairman of Shanghai Fu'erdao Materials Technology Co., Ltd. His representative publications include "Practice of Financial Management Informatization Construction at Chint Electrics" and "Practice of ICBC–Chint Electronic Supply Chain Factoring Business." He has received honors including the 4th Outstanding Chief Accountant of Zhejiang Province and the 9th "New Fortune" Gold Medal Board Secretary of Zhejiang Province. Chint Group is a co-organizer of this conference, and Wang Guorong will deliver a plenary lecture on behalf of the Group.
